Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Processor II.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviews, audits, and processes approved timekeeping records and expense reimbursement requests
- Makes manual entries and adjustments, and calculates retroactive and other pay adjustments
- Prepares accurate and timely final payments for individuals leaving the organization
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- 1 year of recent relevant experience
- Knowledge of payroll cycle, processes, and applicable payroll laws and regulations
- Ability to compute basic mathematical functions and apply policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work discreetly with sensitive information
