Audit Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Audit Support Specialist for Utilization Review, part-time and remote, specifically for Michigan residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and track approvals, denials, and additional information requests from third-party payers
• Support the centralized Utilization Review team in time-sensitive authorization tracking
• Utilize the EMR system for managing authorization processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in healthcare
• Working knowledge of computers and software systems
• Experience working in Epic preferred
