Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner to independently examine titles and public records in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform title examination and analyze the chain of title for residential properties
• Resolve issues related to incomplete or contradictory title documentation
• Prepare initial title commitment documentation and review reports for accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in searching and examining refinance and resale transactions, with California experience required
• Strong customer service focus
• Proficient typing skills (55 WPM)
