Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Automotive Fixed Operations preferred
- 2 years of management experience in an Automotive Service Department preferred
- Strong background in data analysis, labor grids, and parts matrix building
- Ability to present training material engagingly to various management levels
- Proven capability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
