Key Responsibilities

- Educate and coach clients on navigating the software tool to improve revenue drivers
- Hold regular coaching sessions and update CRM with necessary notes and changes
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience preferred
- 2 years of Automotive Service Department management preferred
- Experience with data analysis, labor grids, and parts matrix building
- Ability to effectively manage time and multiple accounts
- Energetic and motivating personality suitable for training all management levels
