Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Energy & Transmission Markets Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex electricity market modeling and transmission congestion analysis using the PROMOD market simulation model
• Analyze study results to develop deliverables that provide actionable solutions for clients
• Manage client engagements and relationships while conducting business development activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Math, Science, Finance, or a related field with at least 12 years of relevant experience
• Experience in energy markets with modeling software such as PROMOD IV, Encompass, UPLAN, or Plexos
• Experience in conducting economic studies of conventional and renewable generation in the electricity industry
• Strong knowledge of power markets and basic transmission system operations
• Proven ability to lead projects and communicate results effectively
