A company is looking for a ServiceNow SPM / SLM Senior Business Process Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and conduct workshops
• Demo products and create documentation
• Configure Service Owner Workspace and Service Offering surveys

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• CSA certification is essential
• Two CIS certifications, including ITSM
• BPC certification is essential
• Experience with SPM and SLM is essential
