Key Responsibilities
- Use consultative methods to effect change within clients' Dealership Service departments
- Educate and coach clients on navigating software tools to improve Fixed Operations revenue drivers
- Hold regular coaching sessions with clients' staff to confirm and measure implemented changes
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience preferred
- 2 years of Automotive Service Department management preferred
- Experience in data analysis, labor grids, and parts matrix building
- Ability to present training material engagingly and effectively
- Proven ability to lead clients to desired solutions
