Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Analyst who will be involved in structuring and maintaining reimbursement for various health networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct, load, audit, maintain, and document reimbursement schedules for claims systems
• Research and analyze claim data for billing practices and reimbursement methodology concerns
• Collaborate with various departments on reimbursement-related projects and assist with billing and coding concerns

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field and three years of experience in healthcare
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Claims processing training
• Medical coding experience
• Ability to work well in a team environment and build positive relationships
