Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide remote mental health care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized care to older adults with severe mental illness, substance use, and/or dementia
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate care with primary care providers
• Conduct evaluations, manage crisis situations, and maintain accurate documentation of clinical encounters

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Board-certified PMHNP with an active license and DEA in Florida, and willingness to obtain licenses in other states
• 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in acute psychiatric settings
• Experience with geriatric psychopharmacology and managing complex care needs
• Previous experience providing virtual care or telehealth services is required
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole is highly desirable
