A company is looking for a Senior Consultant, Continuous Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize Continuous Improvement software and services for clients, focusing on cost reduction and quality improvement
- Collaborate with clients to define business and technical requirements, ensuring effective software utilization and user adoption
- Measure and communicate outcomes of software implementations, providing ongoing support and training to clients
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare finance, or a comparable role
- Understanding of financial concepts and/or clinical workflows
- Experience with project management and data analysis
- Lean/Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green or Black Belt) is preferred
- Professional background in SQL and relational database concepts is a plus
