Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Implementation to lead and grow the implementation team and oversee client onboarding and deployment of their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Implementation team, providing guidance and support
• Oversee client implementations from kickoff to go-live, ensuring successful onboarding
• Develop and optimize implementation processes, workflows, and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing a team in ERP or accounting software implementations
• 7-10 years of experience with ERP or accounting software implementation
• Proven experience in accounting and finance with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks
• Prior experience managing or mentoring team members in an implementation function
• Strong project management and organizational skills
