Florida Provider Quality Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Quality Liaison-1.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and assemble quality indicators for reporting to the Quality Management Risk Management Committee
• Track incident, accident, and death reports to ensure timely resolution and submission to payors
• Prepare Quality Improvement reports and conduct audits of the State IAD-QOC database for data integrity

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting coordinating member care
• In-depth knowledge of medical/mental health terminology
• Must reside in Florida
• 5% field work required
