Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager (Client Onboarding).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding projects for mid-market and enterprise customers adopting AR automation solutions
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding, providing regular status updates and risk management
• Drive adoption of automation features and ensure customers achieve measurable improvements in efficiency and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of project management experience in SaaS or technology implementations
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes is strongly preferred
• Experience managing ERP or financial software integrations
• Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
