We are hiring a visionary and results-oriented Head of Digital to lead and elevate the digital strategy across high-growth brands in Digital Marketing & Advertising, E-commerce/Retail, and IT sectors. The successful candidate will spearhead digital initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver integrated campaigns that drive engagement, performance, and ROI. This is a fully remote role ideal for a data-savvy, creative leader with a proven track record in multichannel digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Strategy & Team: Oversee the full digital function (Social, Influencer, SEO, Paid Media, CRM), ensuring strategic alignment with business goals. Manage and mentor a cross-functional team.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and launch integrated, multi-channel campaigns across e-commerce, advertising, and IT platforms, ensuring performance, consistency, and brand alignment.
- SEO & Search Oversight: Lead technical and content SEO strategies, manage paid search (Google, Bing, social), and optimize campaigns through data-driven insights and A/B testing.
- Social & Influencer Marketing: Direct social media and influencer campaigns, from content strategy to performance tracking, ensuring relevance, engagement, and reach.
- Direct Marketing & CRM: Optimize email, SMS, and CRM strategies for audience segmentation, personalization, and conversion, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Performance & Reporting: Set KPIs, track metrics, and deliver actionable insights to optimize digital performance and ROI across all platforms.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner to clients and internal teams, presenting results and recommending digital growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior digital roles within advertising, e-commerce, or IT environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in paid media, SEO, influencer marketing, CRM, and analytics.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage remote, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven success in designing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and funnel optimization across B2B and B2C models.
