AWS Cloud Migration Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cloud Migration Engineer to assist clients in migrating to AWS cloud native services.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize AWS migration tools and methodologies to assess, plan, and execute migrations of workloads to the AWS platform
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application migrations across compute, storage, networking, and security

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing AWS cloud infrastructure
• 2+ years hands-on experience with AWS migration services such as AWS Migration Hub (MGN) and Database Migration Service (DMS)
• Solid experience planning and executing cloud migration projects on the AWS platform
• Proficient in developing Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform / AWS CloudFormation)
• Experience with AWS core services and infrastructure components
