Job Summary

A company is looking for an Azure DevOps Coach / Subject Matter Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a coach and mentor on Azure DevOps usage, Agile principles, and workflow optimization
• Design and implement scalable work intake processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Architect and maintain custom workflows in Azure DevOps, promoting continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Agile/DevOps environments, focusing on Azure DevOps coaching or SME-level support
• Proven expertise in Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Work Items, Queries, Dashboards)
• Strong background in work intake, backlog management, and workflow automation
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevOps principles
• Experience in government IT projects or large enterprise environments is preferred
