Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator of Latinx Student Mental Health and Wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide identity-informed individual and group counseling to Latinx students
• Conduct outreach and training activities focused on the mental health needs of Latinx students
• Offer crisis intervention and consultation services during business hours

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Doctorate in Psychology
• Eligibility for licensure as LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or doctorate in clinical/counseling psychology in Oregon within 2 years
• Experience providing counseling services to Latinx clients
• Strong commitment to social justice principles and understanding of systemic racism impacts
• Experience in outreach programming for the holistic mental health needs of Latinx individuals
