Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Process Advisor who will drive processes and manage the Partner Services and Delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the key liaison for Partner Services and Delivery across teams to synthesize business requirements
- Drive process efficiency and improve customer experience within a compliance framework
- Maintain strong business relationships and develop change management strategies for stakeholder needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's or equivalent
- Expertise in the payments and/or banking industry, with knowledge of relevant systems and tools
- Experience as a systems thinker focused on improving team efficiency and client satisfaction
- Proven ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
