Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Risk Program Lead to enhance client safety infrastructure and support licensed providers in complex clinical scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time and asynchronous clinical consultations to providers managing high-risk client situations
- Facilitate peer consultation groups to promote clinical confidence and shared learning
- Identify and escalate risk trends to inform proactive safety interventions
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) with at least 5 years of outpatient psychotherapy or clinical supervision experience
- Experience in clinical risk management and client safety, including crisis response and safety planning
- Proven ability to collaborate with Operations, Support, or Legal teams on clinical safety concerns
- Strong written communication skills for drafting consult summaries and creating risk resources
- Experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, such as a startup or telehealth platform
