Azzur Group is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QA Complaints Investigator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating customer complaints related to quality issues, ensuring thorough resolutions comply with regulatory standards and company policies. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction and product integrity across our diverse portfolio in the life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and log quality complaints reported by customers and stakeholders, ensuring timely acknowledgment and follow-up.
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations of quality complaints, gathering data and insights from various sources, including manufacturing, quality control, and customer feedback.
  • Compile investigation findings into detailed reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure a robust response to complaints.
  • Participate in trend analysis of complaints to identify systemic issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies throughout the complaint investigation process.
  • Maintain timely documentation and records of investigations per quality management system guidelines.

This is a 3 month project

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a quality assurance, complaint handling, or regulatory role within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, etc.), and complaint management processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis and problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple complaints simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using quality management systems and documentation tools.
