Senior Test Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Test Engineer focused on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of A/B and multivariate tests using VWO
• Collaborate with various teams to define test hypotheses and KPIs
• Analyze test results using Google Analytics to extract actionable insights

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in CRO, QA, or front-end engineering roles
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser debugging tools
• Hands-on experience with VWO and Google Analytics
• Strong understanding of statistical significance and experimentation frameworks
• Experience in mortgage, fintech, or lead generation environments is preferred
