Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Outbound Marketing Automation and Marketing Research teams while overseeing daily operations

- Collaborate with the Marketing Research team to analyze campaign data and identify high-value accounts to enhance conversions and ROI
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound marketing, including at least 1 year in a management role
- Proven experience in managing both direct and indirect reports
- Expertise in automation-driven outbound campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends for optimization
- Passion for outbound marketing and staying updated on emerging trends and best practices
