A company is looking for a Battery Systems Engineer Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and validate state-of-the-art lithium-ion battery packs
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and systems teams to deliver high-performance solutions
• Lead prototype builds and hands-on testing during critical project phases

Required Qualifications

• Engineering background (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
• Proven track record in lithium-ion battery pack design and manufacturing (5kW-10kW range preferred)
• Hands-on knowledge of pack architecture, safety standards, and validation testing
• Ability to thrive in both remote work and onsite lab environments
