Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop understanding of program scope, schedule, and cost management; articulate delivery requirements to team members
• Provide coaching and development to engineering team members, defining growth goals and fostering a learning culture
• Lead team processes, advocate for technical solutions, and participate in hiring and performance management

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer
• 3+ years of experience with backend web application development in a production environment
• Experience with application performance monitoring tools, specifically DataDog and/or Dynatrace
• Demonstrated experience in incident response and troubleshooting complex production issues
• Experience working within an Agile environment
