• Collaborate with product management to build and maintain the product roadmap
• Mentor technical leaders and engineers while driving technical succession planning

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical leader or architect in a complex software environment
• Deep expertise in containerization technologies and Kubernetes
• Extensive experience with OpenShift is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate a clear technical vision
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior and senior engineers
