Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager leading high-performing teams
• 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React)
• Proven track record of shipping products at early-stage, high-growth startups
• Ability to lead technical architecture discussions and engage deeply with the code
• Strong sense of ownership and a bias for action
