Solutions Architect Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect Manager to lead a team of solution architects and oversee customer-facing technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a consulting services team of Solution Architects and development engineers
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients, guiding them through architecture and implementation processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and R&D to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture or a similar role, with at least 5+ years in a managerial position
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and SaaS environments
• Experience with software development in at least two programming languages (Python, Java, Go)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead successful technical projects
