Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and establish best practices for Dynatrace APM tool functions and features
• Lead onboarding of the Enterprise APM solution and create documentation for managing Dynatrace configurations
• Provide end-to-end Dynatrace infrastructure support and assist partner teams in effective usage of the APM tool

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Dynatrace and SolarWinds for database monitoring
• Proficiency in Kubernetes for pod and container lifecycle tracking
• Experience with Linux shell scripting and Windows PowerShell scripting for Dynatrace management
