Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of engineers responsible for Zapier apps and AI integrations
• Collaborate with product and design teams to tackle user problems and develop solutions
• Drive continuous improvement through team coaching, process enhancements, and technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience managing teams of at least five engineers
• Strong background in engineering with expertise in Typescript, JavaScript, and Python
• Experience in building and maintaining integrations, particularly with APIs
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
• Experience with continuous improvement and experimentation in engineering workflows
