Key Responsibilities

• Manage team priorities and assignments while overseeing project logistics and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, estimate, and plan feature development
• Lead Agile Scrum teams in designing, implementing, and refining feature development and processes

Required Qualifications

• BSc or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical/Software Engineering or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience managing software development teams
• 10+ years of experience in software development
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Good understanding of embedded software technology and processes
