Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supplier Development Engineer to support supplier development in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and qualify suppliers based on quality, capability, and compliance with customer requirements
• Implement and track supplier performance improvements and corrective actions during pilot runs
• Conduct quality audits and maintain supplier relationships to ensure compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Electrical Engineering
• 6 years of engineering experience in the high technology electronics industry or a related field
• Proficiency in electronic assembly tools and knowledge of electrical power components
• Experience with inspection techniques for various electronic components
• Advanced understanding of organizational functions and related business processes
