Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of works contracts in a complex infrastructure programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full suite of commercial functions on capital projects with budgets of approximately 84 million per annum
• Administer contracts in accordance with NEC3, supporting Project Managers with contract interpretation and related tasks
• Guide and mentor junior commercial staff while driving value for money through proactive contract management

Required Qualifications and Education

• A Master's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Professional membership of RICS, CIOB, ICES, or a similar organization
• Substantial experience administering NEC3/NEC4 contracts
• High proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability
