Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain infrastructure and services for applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and improve platform capabilities and APIs in collaboration with team members
• Take responsibility for the technical aspects of the platform services lifecycle, including code, infrastructure, and security
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and enhance monitoring frameworks to improve system performance and availability

Required Qualifications

• Experience with object-oriented development using Java, Go, or Python
• Experience with Kubernetes and Git for source code control
• Background in software development and knowledge of cloud computing concepts
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in software or infrastructure platform development preferred
