Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager who will lead a team of engineers while also engaging in hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, conducting regular 1:1s and setting career development plans
• Lead the architecture and implementation of critical features and systems while writing clean, scalable code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features and influence product strategy

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of 3 or more engineers
• Strong understanding of design patterns and architectural thinking
• Experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures with Kubernetes and Terraform
