Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Claims Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and enter claim requests and aggregate reports into the claims system while adhering to departmental turnaround goals
  • Collaborate with Examiners and Account Managers to determine reporting types and delivery frequency for claim information
  • Create and maintain an organized electronic filing system and manage multiple secure sites for monthly reporting
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong data entry skills
  • Experience in reinsurance or first-dollar medical claims is a plus
  • Considerable knowledge of office practices and procedures obtained through job-related training and experience
  • Ability to exercise judgment and multitask effectively within established procedural guidelines
