Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Claims Coordinator - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and enter claim requests and aggregate reports into the claims system while adhering to departmental turnaround goals
- Collaborate with Examiners and Account Managers to determine reporting types and delivery frequency for claim information
- Create and maintain an organized electronic filing system and manage multiple secure sites for monthly reporting
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong data entry skills
- Experience in reinsurance or first-dollar medical claims is a plus
- Considerable knowledge of office practices and procedures obtained through job-related training and experience
- Ability to exercise judgment and multitask effectively within established procedural guidelines
