A company is looking for a Benefits Configuration Analyst to ensure client benefit plans are configured accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and implement new client setups and benefit design changes
- Configure and maintain benefit plan logic in the claims adjudication system
- Document configuration decisions and validate coding changes through testing
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum four-year college degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
- Prior experience with benefits and compiling analytical data and reports
- Background in electronic claims processing preferred
