Job Summary
A company is looking for a Wellness Services Representative to assist members from a remote call center.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound calls for health and wellness incentive programs
- Summarize notes for each call accurately per quality assurance procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and assist members with wellness program registration and navigation
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish is required
- Ability to work with different software programs and interfaces
- Must be comfortable with a high volume of inbound calls
- Excellent attendance record and punctuality
