Bilingual Wellness Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wellness Services Representative to assist members from a remote call center.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound calls for health and wellness incentive programs
• Summarize notes for each call accurately per quality assurance procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and assist members with wellness program registration and navigation

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
• Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish is required
• Ability to work with different software programs and interfaces
• Must be comfortable with a high volume of inbound calls
• Excellent attendance record and punctuality
