Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Analyst to manage billing and collections processes and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full billing lifecycle, including customer subscriptions, invoicing, and payment reconciliation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain customer subscription plans and oversee collections efforts
• Identify and implement improvements in billing systems and processes while supporting the Accounting team during month-end close and audits

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in billing, collections, or finance operations, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth startup environment
• Hands-on experience with Stripe and NetSuite
• Strong understanding of billing systems and accounting fundamentals
• Proactive and analytical mindset
• Familiarity with SaaS billing models is a plus
