Billing and AR Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & AR Operations Specialist who thrives in subscription-based billing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the subscription lifecycle in Stripe, including setups, plan changes, and reconciliations
• Prepare and submit evidence for dispute representment to protect company revenue
• Support month-end close processes, including AR aging reports and cash collection forecasting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on billing and accounts receivable experience in a SaaS or subscription business
• Proven expertise with Stripe Subscriptions
• Direct experience with dispute representment evidence preparation
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot for AR/billing workflows
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reconciliations and reporting
