CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly close process, including analysis, general ledger entries, and reconciliation review
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with SOX requirements
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 accountants

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting/Finance and CPA required
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial audit, preferably with Big 4 and private industry
• Experience in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
