Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Lead, Billing and COE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the billing team and the Center of Excellence, ensuring accurate and timely customer invoicing
• Identify workflow issues, implement process improvements, and monitor billing metrics for performance analysis
• Train new team members and provide ongoing support to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in a Billing Manager or Team Lead role
• Familiarity with billing software and advanced Excel skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• A thorough understanding of billing procedures
