Billing Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead Billing to oversee and manage all aspects of the billing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the billing team, providing guidance and training
• Monitor billing activities to ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing
• Address and resolve complex billing issues while implementing process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Billing Manager or Team Lead experience in a high-volume business
• Familiarity with billing software and relevant systems
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookup
• A thorough understanding of billing procedures
• Associate, BA/BS in Accounting is a plus but not required
