Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of bioinformatics solutions using Python

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 8+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 10+ years in Bioinformatics or related fields
• Extensive experience with bioinformatics tools and genomic data analysis
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relational databases
• Experience with Linux/UNIX/Mac OS X systems and cloud computing
• Proven expertise in analyzing NGS data from various sequencing platforms
