BSA/AML Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote BSA/AML Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze transaction monitoring and screening data to identify trends and areas for rule optimization
• Develop dashboards and reports to support AML risk governance and executive reporting
• Collaborate with teams to support rule tuning, model validation, and the integration of third-party data

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in AML/BSA compliance or financial services
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with AML systems and regulatory requirements (Unit21 experience preferred)
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
