A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support their First Responder Solutions team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and document business needs, translating them into actionable technical and functional requirements
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Produce key deliverables such as business requirements documents, process flow diagrams, and gap analysis reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, Master's degree with 6 years, or High School diploma with 12 years of experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident authorized to work in the U.S
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Experience supporting product-focused initiatives or collaborating with Product Owners
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation
