Qualifications

- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Experience with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) preferred
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and T-SQL
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
