Business Analyst II - Symitar

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II specializing in Symitar Hosted Automation and OpCon.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide level one technical support of automated processes for clients
• Monitor incoming cases and ensure resolution in accordance with Service Level Standards
• Utilize automation tools to streamline customer processes and implement improvements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of experience in IT, Application Support, or Technical Analysis
• Availability for after-hours support and weekend work for Disaster Recovery Exercises
• Experience with the Symitar Core System and/or OpCon
• Ability to manage multiple projects and customer issues effectively
• Hands-on experience with automation tools for process improvement
