Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support a Department of Veterans Affairs project remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in SAFe Agile software development, focusing on planning and design
• Analyze complex business problems and provide IT solutions while collaborating with developers and UX/UI designers
• Gather and analyze business data and user needs, and coordinate documentation updates and team communications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of professional analyst experience
• Experience in data analytics, programming, and designing basic UX/UI with wireframes
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Atlassian JIRA applications
• Certifications in business analysis or Agile methodologies are preferred
