Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support a large enterprise software implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements across ERP, CRM, and integration workstreams
• Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
• Support test planning, UAT, and validation of system functionality

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT or enterprise software projects
• Experience supporting ERP or CRM implementations is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certification is a plus
